As a CNC Miller and Programmer, you will be required to:• Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components.• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure production accuracy.• Perform quality checks on machined parts using measurement tools (e.g., callipers, micrometres).• Optimize machining processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.• Maintain and service CNC machines, ensuring minimal downtime.• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet project deadlines.

Candidate:• Proven experience as a CNC Miller in a precision engineering environment.• Proficient in programming CNC machines• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.• Relevant qualifications, e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Engineering or equivalent.
